Mr. Stinnett is an experienced litigation and transactional attorney.  His principal areas of practice include real estate, landlord-tenant law, civil litigation, business law, and family law.  Based on his knowledge and experience, Mr. Stinnett is uniquely prepared to represent your interests.

Mr. Stinnett has successfully represented and advised clients with regard to real estate matters, as well as landlords in relation to their residential and commercial properties.  He also represents clients with their business transaction needs, as well as their estate planning, probate, and family law matters.

In addition to serving clients with their transactional needs in the areas of real estate and commercial law, Mr. Stinnett is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Born and raised in Ventura, California, Mr. Stinnett received his B.A. degree in philosophy from UCLA, and his J.D. from the Pepperdine School of Law.  He is a member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Stinnett has taught legal writing as an Adjunct Professor at Ventura College of Law.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors.

Mr. Stinnett lives in Ventura with his wife, Pam, and their two daughters, Claire and Olivia.
